Menu: Brandy snap baskets filled with fresh cream & fruit, Florentines and MacaronsDescription: We will be making brandy snaps and forming them into baskets and baking them, once cooled we will add whipped cream and fresh fruit. Florentines are made with nuts and dried fruit which you will have a selection to choose from and once cooled they will be dipped in chocolate. Macarons they look so amazing and you will be able to choose the colour and flavourings to be added to these gorgeous little cakes and then we will add a filling to sandwich them together. There are lots of skills to learn in this class and Jodie will be teaching how to make these delicious bakes ready for the summer, ideal additions to a BBQ evening or picnics in the park!
Please bring tupperware to take home the cakes and biscuits.
**This class will not be suitable if you have a Nut allergy**
