If you want to learn how to use one and how much of a difference it can make to someone experiencing a cardiac arrest, Mini First Aid Mid Kent have now launched a 2 hour adult awareness class, starting in the new year.
In this 2 hour class we cover CPR, the recovery position, defibrillators (AED), heart attacks, stroke, burns, wounds and bleeding, severe allergic reactions, choking, seizures, breaks and sepsis.
