Join artist Ashleigh Downey on a mindful meander, where together we will explore artworks in the Hugh Lane’s collection through the art of slow looking. This interactive session incorporates elements of slow looking, note taking, soundscaping, reflecting, and mindfulness. It is an invitation to slow down offering a unique opportunity to engage with art in a deeper, more meaningful way.
