Adult and Child Half Term Activities in Thetford

West Suffolk College in Thetford are delivering 2-hour adult and child activity workshops during half term.

Each workshop is described as below and you can book yourself onto as many workshops as you like at a cost of £5 per adult per workshop (no cost for the child).

Each adult (this does not specifically need to be the child's parent as grandparents and childcare providers are also welcome) can bring up to 2 children ages 5-10 years to take part.

When booking, please make sure booking is under the name of the adult and details of the children can be added before the booking is made.

Tuesday 14 February 2023 (10am - 12pm)

Adult and child make your own macramé keyring with Rachael

Macramé is the art of knotting string or cord in patterns to make decorative and practical items.

In this workshop you and your child will learn how to make a keyring that you can take home and be proud of.

Wednesday 29 May 2024 (9.30am - 11.30am)

Adult and child calligraphy class with Lee-Anne

In this 2-hour class you will be guided through some simple lettering using the art or calligraphy.

Thursday 30 May and Friday 31 May 2024 (10am - 12pm)

Adult and child arts and crafts with Suzanne

In this workshop you will be given a choice of fun arts and crafts activities to take part in.

Further Information

Each workshop will be for two hours.

The cost is just £5.00 per adult and you can bring up to two children per paying adult.

Because of the materials used, this workshop is suitable for ages 5-10.

Adults must stay with their child/children for the duration of the workshops.

West Suffolk College will be accessing community funding to support the delivery costs of this course and therefore you will be required to complete an enrolment form and enrol as a learner with West Suffolk College.
