Adult Foundation Aerials - Beginner Join our Aerial Foundations workshops Perfect for beginners. You can come casually for one session or book the block for a discounted rate
Aerial Foundations is a 4 week introduction to aerial silks, hammock, trapeze and lyra skills . Sessions include a warm up, drills and body awareness for aerials, skills and sequences on Static Trapeze, Hammock, lyra and aerial silks (tissu) as well as Stretching and cool down.
A class for complete beginners or those with less than 6 months experience. Or if you have had a break and looking to return to Aerials then this is a good refresher of foundations to get your strength and aerial awareness back
To limit discomfort during aerial circus activities we recommend:
Leggings or pants that cover knees tshirt that can be tucked in and covers lower back and armpits- or Leotard under shirt
Hair must be tied back
All jewellery should be removed
