Zoe's Health Story:

"I was in high school when my father received a diagnosis of a brain tumor on his right frontal lobe. This pivotal moment awakened my curiosity. I wanted to understand it's causes, preventability and the role of food in his recovery. Despite the lack of answers from medical experts, it marked the beginning of my journey. I started being mindful about what I put into my body, I started asking why, and I completely understood that we are in control of our own health and without our health we have nothing.

As life progressed, I found myself grappling with dark moments, during which I turned to an even deeper understanding of nutrition as a beacon of hope and healing. I again experienced firsthand the transformative power of a nourishing diet, witnessing remarkable improvements not only in my physical health but also in my energy levels, cognitive function, mood, sleep quality, and overall well-being.

Motivated by this profound realization, it was then when I embarked on a journey of academic and personal growth, pursuing a Nutrition Undergraduate degree at Central Washington University a Master's degree in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology at Washington State University and completing a 1,200 hour dietetic internship, all driven by a deep-seated conviction that my purpose lay in helping others unlock the transformative potential of nutrition in their own lives.

Today, I am honored to integrate my academic experience with personal insights, leading individuals on their journey to reclaiming control of their health, seeking natural remedies for their health challenges and striving for peak well-being and vitality. With a compassionate approach rooted in empathy and understanding, I am dedicated to empowering others to make informed choices that nourish not only their bodies but also their minds and spirits, fostering a holistic sense of well-being and vitality that transcends mere physical health.

I am deeply committed to empowering individuals to optimize their health and vitality through personalized nutrition strategies tailored to their unique needs and circumstances.

Whether you are dealing with symptoms of fatigue, insomnia, migraines, autoimmune disease, Lyme disease, digestive problems, acne, allergies, eczema, or any other illness, there is hope.

I looking forward to help you just as I have been helped by others. My story of health and healing can be your story too!"
