YOUTH (Grades 2-6): 1PM - 3PM on SATURDAY 2/8

HIGH SCHOOL (Grades 7-12): 3PM - 5PM on SATURDAY 2/8

Audition Workshops are a great way to prepare for The Lex’s upcoming Youth and High School auditions AND they can be a fun & creative outlet on a weekend, filled with song & dance!

Sing a short cut of your song of choice (a 32-bar selection) and ADP Music Director Wesley Byers, along with The Lex Education & Outreach Coordinator Brance Cornelius, will coach you to a better understanding of your piece, through storytelling and vocal production. Then you have the opportunity listen to your fellow classmates as they, too, are guided through their audition material, creating a shared experience of learning.

Youth & High School Students will also experience learning a short dance/movement combo. Dance shoes or sneakers and comfortable clothing should be worn for the entirety of the workshop (no need to change clothes).
