When submitting your application, if you rent, please upload a copy of your lease showing you are permitted to have pets. If you have pets in the home, please upload a copy of vet records showing that your pet(s) have been spayed/neutered and are current on all vaccines. This information will allow us to preview your application so you may have the possibly of taking your new family member home with you from the event.
All cats must go home in a carrier, so please bring a pet carrier with you or plan to purchase one from PetSmart.
