Thanks to a Cochran Family Youth grant from the Community Foundation of the Northern Shenandoah Valley, the Winchester Area SPCA has added a humane education program for students 12 and under. Students will have the opportunity to participate in the adoption process and take home a plush pet of their own.
Children get the chance to visit 6 different pet education stations.
