Do you have an adolescent dog who is between ages 6 months to 18 months? This is a RUFF time for the humans, as well as the dogs. Pups this age are struggling to use their thinking brain and there are often challenges presented at home due to their age. This class is made for the teenage canine brain. We will keep you moving, but also teach your dog how to slow down and relax. Manners, games to engage them, chill out skills and a look at how this development period affects learning and behavior. This 4 week class is an excellent step after Puppy Einstein or for a newly acquired adolescent dog.
This class is not designed for dogs who exhibit barking/lunging behaviors at other dogs while on leash. If you are interested in tackling those behaviors, please refer to the Reactive Rover class or a behavior consultation.
