Join us on Sunday, September 14, 2025, at 8:00 AM at Metis Counseling & Wellness for a full-day Anger Management Class designed especially for adolescents ages 13–16. This class gives you tools to understand where your anger comes from and how to manage it in healthy ways.

This class isn't just for teens who are told to go—it's for anyone who wants to feel more in control and confident when life gets overwhelming.
