Adobe Punk: a theatrical collage with music

Set in early 1980s Bell Gardens, a working-class neighborhood southeast of downtown L.A., a trio of young punk musicians from three disparate cultures squat in one of LA’s oldest adobe homes to discover their artistic identity. Inspired by seminal punk bands X, Minutemen, and the Bags they creatively combust as they compose their first songs, explore their threesome-ness, and unearth the house’s ancestral history.
