In this fun and interactive workshop, we’ll learn and practice principles and methods of physical assistance, adjustments, and enhancements for various yoga postures. This workshop is open to yoga teachers who are already certified or currently enrolled in a teacher training and any student who is interested in deepening their practice and understanding of yoga postures.
Can be counted as 2 contact hours YACEC. No charge if attending for TTC electives.
