About this Event

Glow Yoga Kids is leading a family yoga session! For children ages 5-12 years old, along with their caregivers.

Explore the opportunities yoga can provide with physical movement and emotional regulation in a welcoming environment. Glow Yoga Kids will provide insight and ideas on how yoga can be a part of exercise in your very own family!
