It is also important to manage frustrations and self-doubt when faced with challenges.ADHD WA is offering a 2-part group workshop that aims to help individuals boost their productivity.
This workshop will help equip you to:
✅ Manage events in your calendar/planner
✅ Increase motivation and wellness
✅ Use a to-do list to keep track of your tasks
✅ Improve prioritisation
✅ Manage strong emotions and unhelpful thoughts about tackling tasks
✅ Learn how to break projects down so they are more manageable
