Program Description:
This curriculum is designed to empower women with ADHD or ADHD-like symptoms through a strength-based approach. By gaining a deeper insight into how their brain operates, participants cultivate a mindset focused on strengths, enabling them to seek tools and solutions that embrace their unique way of thinking. Additionally, they learn to distinguish between the environmental triggers that shine their abilities from the ones stimulate their ADHD symptoms hindering their progress.
This program does not aim to focus on accomplishing individual goals, its geared towards a mindset shift. Transforming your perspective to empower yourself and create an environment that supports you and instead of battling against your ADHD understand how to leverage it to your advantage to thrive

The goal of this program is to help you in reframing your mindset to embrace strength-based thinking, fostering resilience, and gaining insights into how your brain functions. Learn how to set yourself up for success by creating a supportive environment conducive to your growth and development.

- Improve communication skills, self-esteem, self-regulation, and overall wellbeing through cultivating the confidence to advocate for onself
- Build a support network with other like-minded women.

Program Details:
- 10 weekly group sessions, each 2 hours (Some sessions duration may extend over time depending on the participants needs)
- Group Activities and assessments
- Three 1:1 alignment sessions
- 7 Optional Attendance 45-minute accountability sessions "Body Doubling Support", These sessions create a focused environment where participants can work on their tasks alongside others, fostering motivation and accountability.
Fall Schedule Program Dates and Time - Session Time Tuesdays 6 PM - 8 PM CST
- First Session Tuesday January 28th 2025
- February 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th 2025
- March 4th, 11th, 18th,25th 2025
- Last Session April 1 st 2025
Registration requires a commitment to attend a minimum of 90% of classes for optimal benefit. Make up time is counted towards 90% attendance :)
Program tuition:
- 3 monthly payments of $135
- Pay in full amount of $380
** The option to use FSA or HSA funds for payment is available, depending on the plan coverage. Additionally Installments Options Are Available **
