This 10-week coaching program is designed to empower women with ADHD or ADHD-like symptoms to finally see their unique strengths and create change that actually lasts. That’s YOU!!!
This experience is not about fixing or masking symptoms. It’s about transforming what you once saw as dysfunction into your superpower! Many of us have internalized the idea that our ADHD traits are hindrances, but in the right context, they are often signs of sensitivity, visionary thinking, and untapped creativity.
The goal of this program is to help you embrace your unique way of thinking and everything it brings to the table.
You’ll gain confidence, learn practical tools, and finally design a life that works with your brain, not against it. And you won’t be doing it alone … Together, we’ll build skills, confidence, and a sense of community that lasts well beyond the program.

Our Four-Phase Journey
Phase 1: Awareness Through Understanding
Gain clarity on how ADHD uniquely impacts women and uncover patterns behind overwhelm, perfectionism, and emotional highs and lows.
Phase 2: Awareness Through Decoding
Learn to separate your identity from ADHD struggles and discover how to reframe challenges into strengths.
Phase 3: Intentional Design and Pacing
Create realistic rhythms and routines that align with your brain’s needs while preventing burnout.
Phase 4: Resilience and Sustainability
Build confidence, coping skills, and support systems that keep you moving forward long after the program ends.
Program Details
- Format: 10 weekly group coaching sessions (2 hours each) +3 individual 1:1 alignment session. Each group is limited to a maximum of 5 women to keep the experience personal and supportive.
- Accountability Support: 7 optional 45-minute “Body Doubling” co-working sessions for focus & momentum
- Investment: $480 pay-in-full or 3 monthly payments of $170
** The option to use FSA or HSA funds for payment is available, depending on the plan coverage.**
Schedule Program Dates and Time
Session Time Sundays 5 PM -7PM CST
- First Session Sunday October 26th 2025
- November 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th
- December 7th, 14th, 21st
- Last Session on January 4th 2026
Registration requires a commitment to attend a minimum of 90% of classes for optimal benefit. Make up time is counted towards 90% attendance :)
How It Works

- Step 2: 1:1 Intro Session → We’ll talk through your personal goals and make sure this program is the right fit before the group sessions kick off.
- Step 3: Group Coaching Program → Get the full roadmap and begin your exciting 10-week journey to more clarity, confidence, and the lasting change you’ve been looking for.
If the program isn’t a good fit, any payments will be fully refunded.
