About the Event
Kids develop skills at different speeds, but certain behavioral signs in preschool and kindergarten could indicate a child has ADHD — such as when they act out more than occasionally, with frequent tantrums, outbursts, or defiance. The first step to dealing with problem behavior is finding out what’s behind it.
This event will provide an overview of the behavioral onset patterns of ADHD as well as the early signs, symptoms, and treatment options for young children with suspected ADHD. Our clinical experts will offer evidence-based treatment recommendations with an emphasis on increasing positive behavior.
Breakfast, discussion, and networking to follow. Space is limited, kindly register by February 28th.
About the Professional Event Series
We are hosting a series of free professional events to support evidence-based practice in children’s mental health. This is an opportunity for pediatricians, teachers, educational consultants, and mental health professionals to collaborate and network to support youth mental health. We hope you will join us.
