About this Workshop:
ADHD & Increasing Productivity

In this practical workshop, we’ll dive into what executive function actually is, the role of your spiky profile in motivation and why how your interest-based nervous system can be your best friend or worst enemy (if non of these terms make any sense to you now, don’t worry, they will by the end of the workshop) when it comes to motivation.
This session isn’t about rigid routines, coloured spreadsheets or productivity apps and hacks that fall apart after a week. It’s about building a business that’s energising, not exhausting where focus, momentum, and calm are actually possible.
You’ll learn how to:
- Understand your executive function and stop blaming yourself for struggling
- Prioritise like a pro without melting down over decisions
- Protect your brain’s energy by automating, simplifying, and saying no
- Spot your focus windows and structure your day around them
- Ditch perfectionism and build systems that actually work for your brain

ADHD Impact is a Business Psychology Consultancy dedicated to helping ADHDers smash it at work and in business.
ADHD Impact was founded by ADHDer Becca Brighty, Business Psycholgist and ADHD coach.
It is a business with the purpose of helping ADHDers understand and lean into their ADHD, to help them make the impact at work and in business that they know they can.
Becca has used the skills her professional training has given her to learn as much about ADHD as possible and apply that knowledge to how people work.
