What can you expect?
This is an informal, monthly meetup to give adults with ADHD the opportunity to meet likeminded people in a relaxed and friendly setting. Feel free to come along and share your ADHD experiences, discuss resources & day-to-day adjustments, or even just have a drink and a natter.
What time will the event be running?
Our ADHD Connect Sunday Social will be taking place from 11am - 1pm on Sunday 11th January 2025.
There's no pressure to arrive at 11am or stay until the very end - feel free to come and go as you please.
Do you need to have an ADHD diagnosis to attend?
No, not at all! Many of our group members suspect they may have ADHD, or are waiting for a diagnosis, and find it useful speaking to others in the group.
Where should I go when I arrive?
We’ll be in Pocket Cafe on Paradise Street. We have a large long table reserved - look out for the ADHD Connect signs on the tables. Or, if you're unsure, just ask the staff and they will point you in the right direction.
How much will the event cost?
The event is £3 per person. Please buy a ticket before you arrive. We also have card machines, if you would prefer to pay when you arrive. This will cover future event costs and any surplus will go back into the business, and enable us to host more events in the future.
