Join Julian Prosser of ConvoWellness and unlock the essentials of ADHD with us! This session dives into the what, how, and why of ADHD—from spotting subtle signs to practical strategies for thriving in school or the workplace. Learn how to foster focus, creativity, and confidence in yourself or others, and join a welcoming community where questions and shared experiences are celebrated. This is an open invitation to learn, connect, and share—everyone’s welcome to join the journey!
Registration preferred, walk-ins welcome. Free parking is available for event attendees in the DPL staff lot from 5pm-8pm.
Julian was raised in metro Detroit. He has Master’s degree in Social Work from Savannah State University, an HBCU in Georgia. With a career spanning community mental health, university health systems, and private behavioral health clinics, he has developed a diverse professional background. Certified by the University of Michigan to work with professional athletes, Julian combines his lifelong passion for sports—competing in golf and basketball—with his expertise in mental health care and advocacy.
