Its always a bit toasty this time of the year so lets do some jumps with our favourite tyre at Glenelg's sick park at 1pm and when we get too warm, cool off with a swim in the ocean! Afterwards we can come together and grab a good feed.Make sure you stay updated on where we are on the SAPA insta story or the Adelaide parkour training chat!
This is our monthly free-for-all get together. First Saturday of every month we meet up to train, move, jump, explore, stretch, play etc etc. Sometimes we stick as a large group, sometimes we split off into smaller groups depending on who wants to try/do/see what.
Beginners, students from classes, photo/videographers, spectators, EVERYONE is welcome.
