Ade Onayiga is a London-based British-Nigerian musician, songwriter and music producer. He has worked as a session and touring vocalist/guitarist, and as support act for some of the UK’s renowned R&B/soul/pop recording artists, including Omar, Shola Ama, Michelle Escoffery and UK-based, US soul/pop recording artist Martine Girault. In an extract from an April 2007 article in Roots Magazine, Ade’s original music artistry is described as “a 21st-century Bill Withers.”
Raymond Hardy plays the tenor and soprano saxophones with a uniquely expressive sound. For the last few years, he has been playing soul and funk music at venues and festivals in and around London. His background is in contemporary music and jazz. He has degrees in music and composition from Goldsmiths College and studied saxophone with John Rangecroft, Mark Lockheart and Mark Ramsden. Ray records with the post-fusion band Astrakan and with vocalist and pianist Celia Lu, who has released five albums of experimental jazz, funk and electronica.
