Join us for The Royce’s 2nd Annual Celebration of Champagne!
Our 2024 class was such a hit—and our first 2025 session sold out so quickly—that we’re adding one more just before New Year’s Eve! We’ll tour France’s legendary Champagne region through the lens of six exceptional wines from across its sub-appellations. Discover why Champagne is the world’s gold standard for sparkling wine, and let us convince you that it’s meant for every day—not just special occasions.
If you attended our November class, most (if not all) of the wines in this session will be new—so feel free to come back for another round of bubbles!
This festive Royce Wine School event takes place on our beautiful Mezzanine and offers an evening of education, conversation, and incredible wines.
Your ticket includes:
• A flight of six carefully curated Champagnes
• Expert, guided instruction
• Gratuity for our hardworking, tips-based bartending team
Caviar Pre-Order (Optional):
Pre-order a 12 g tin of Giaveri Osetra caviar from Italy, served with all the classic Mink-style accoutrements, for $50 plus Eventbrite fees (approximately $55 total). Pre-orders close December 18. Day-of pricing will be $58, while supplies last.

Refund Policy:
Full refunds (minus Eventbrite fees) are available up to 7 days before the class date. No exceptions beyond that window. Tickets are transferable—email [email protected] for assistance.
Cancellation Policy:
The Royce reserves the right to cancel in case of emergency or insufficient reservations. In that event, all tickets will be fully refunded to the original payment method.
