This is a small, guided tasting and workshop focused on non-caffeinated adaptogenic drinks.
During the evening, we prepare and taste several teas and lattes made with functional mushrooms and traditional Chinese botanicals. These ingredients have been used for centuries and are now increasingly used by people looking for calmer, more sustainable energy.
You will taste drinks made with reishi, lion’s mane, chaga, reishi, tremella, goji berry, and chrysanthemum. We talk about where these ingredients come from, how they are traditionally used, and how to prepare them in a simple way at home.
The focus is on experience, taste, and understanding.

This workshop is hosted by Veda Vana, an Amsterdam-based wellness brand working with organic functional mushroom extracts and adaptogens. The blends used during the tasting are the same blends participants can choose from to take home.
We are Lex and Addison, the co-founders of Veda Vana, and we host these workshops ourselves. We started this work from a personal search for calmer, more sustainable energy. These sessions allow us to slow things down, prepare the drinks together, and share what we have learned in a direct and honest way. You can expect a thoughtful setting, clear explanations, and space for questions and conversation.
