Our Adaptive Try-Scuba program is a brief introduction to adaptive scuba diving, offering a safe, non-threatening and fun opportunity to experience the thrill scuba diving offers.The Adaptive Try-Scuba will be held at the V3 Sports in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
*Adaptive Try-Scuba events are limited to adaptive individuals. We welcome family members and friends to accompany their adaptive diver to our event.
To join us, you will need to:
*** Email Free-Daptive Divers at [email protected] to receive medical forms & arrange your deposit.
Cost:
***The participant fee is $75.00 per diver. A non-refundable fee of $50.00 must be submitted to hold your spot on the dive roster. (The remaining amount ($25.00) may be paid on the day of the event).
***Adaptive Try-Scuba participants are required to complete several activity forms including a Medical approval, Activity and Liability & Release form prior to this event.
It is important that you return the completed forms back to Free-Daptive as soon as possible as we have a limit of four (4) divers for this event. We require all adaptive individuals who wish to participate in the Adaptive Try-Scuba to have approval from their medical provider. If you have a completed Medical form, dated within 1-year of this event, you do not need to submit an additional Medical form. Send completed forms to Rick at [email protected] Bring a copy of these forms with you the day of the event.
• Act quickly, as we have limited the number of participants to four (4) adaptive individuals.
Additional event information will be sent to those who have paid the non-refundable $50.00 fee and submitted all completed forms. We look forward to seeing you at our Adaptive Try-Scuba event on Sunday, May 4th.
