Partner Rules:
- Partners must choose the same division (Pro or Open).
- Weights are set by division. If a male + female compete together, they must agree on either Men’s or Women’s weights.
Divisions:
- Open: Lighter weights, accessible for all fitness levels.
- Pro: Heavier weights, for advanced athletes.
