Welcome to the ADAPT/EVOLVE Guided Gallery Visit at the Fashion Institute of Technology, coordinated by Adaptive Design Association Inc.
ADAPT/EVOLVE is a cross-disciplinary adaptive design exhibition featuring Fashion Design, Footwear and Accessories Design, Interior Design, Graphic Design, Jewelry Design, and Toy Design. Adaptive Design Association's adaptations for mobility, play, and communication are included in the exhibit. Join Executive Director, Jennifer Hercman, for a unique experience exploring the artists, designers, and makers in the exhibition.
She will take you on a journey through the gallery, highlighting key pieces. This in-person event is a fantastic opportunity to immerse yourself in design that prioritizes both function and human dignity and gain a deeper understanding of accessible design.
