Adam Lowery is a mental health therapist turned comedian and is credited with the discovery of the Athletes Depression diagnosis, founder of Trans-rational Structural Behavior Theory (TSBT), and a published author. Adam believes in cultivating happiness through an enthusiastic search for competence in mind and laughter. Adam channels his own experiences and mental health training in his comedy, and will have you laughing from the moment he takes the stage. Adam has performed at comedy clubs all across the country, and you may have seen him on The Joe Rogan Experience, NBC, MSNBC, ESPN, or perhaps you’ve read his book The Cognitive Rampage or listened to his podcast of the same name.

If you do not choose your own seats, the best available seats will be chosen for you. All walk ups the night of the show are first come, first served.
