The I Ching, or Book of Changes, posits change as life’s only constant, and using it helps us better understand and master the eternal laws at work in all change. While things are in their beginning stages, they can be influenced by our choices and behavior. By learning to recognize situations in their germinal phases, and by aligning our will with what the times demand of us, we can act to shape our fate.
The Book of Changes provides a practical roadmap to living in harmony with Reality and making the best of uncertain situations. The I Ching represents a rigorous method through which we can study the dynamics inherent in our present circumstances, especially when our lives are in flux and turmoil. Through careful scrutiny of external events, as well as our own character, attitudes and motives, we work to bring into fruition the results we desire to experience.

Adam Bauer travels the globe sharing the heart-expanding beauty of sacred chant, healing touch, the I Ching, and transformational conversation. Adam enchants and inspires listeners with his deep, soulful voice and presence wherever he goes. His critically-acclaimed albums, 2014’s Shyam Lila and 2017’s Wonderville, were released on Mantralogy Records; Return to the Sacred was released October 2020. Adam sings and offers workshops, programs and coaching sessions worldwide and online. He’s currently working on several new recording projects, as well as Shyamcast, an upcoming podcast series featuring contemporary interviews with renowned Bhakti practitioner Shyamdas’ extended community and featuring never-before heard live recordings from Adam’s time playing bass with Shyamdas.
