Candian Alt-Pop artist Adaline fuses powerfully evocative music with an emotionally unbound lyrical honesty. "One of the best young songwriters in the county" (CBC Q), this queer singer songwriter weaves a haunting narrative of a stifled upbringing in conservative evangelism between belt-your-heart-out choruses, angst-ridden soliloquy, and perfectly pop ballads of love, loss and catharsis. Her new album, HYMNAL, recorded by Chris Coady (Beach House, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Grizzly Bear), features a unique blend of tailor-made powerhouse pop tracks and swiftly moves through alternative, lo-fi & retro vibe, featuring drammatic strings hits, agressively 80s FM synth and understated drums reminiscent of a hammond organ in a church basement.
Her songs have been featured in ground-breaking tv shows such as Wynona Earp and Grey's Anatomy (for real!).
Adaline is ALSO on a mission to uplift queer youth in crisis, having help found BAD BELIEVER, a canadian non-for-profit focused on helping LGBTQIA+ folks heal from religious trauma in a safe community. Learn more on their official webpage: Badbeliever.org

The Crown Baltimore is an independent Bar, Restaurant and Live Music Venue in the heart of Baltimore’s Station North Arts District.
Our restaurant serves late night drinks, Korean comfort food and Asian fusion bar fare.
The Venue features a state of the art double stage concert hall and dance floor upstairs in The Pink Room, and an intimate cabaret style stage in The Back Bar restaurant on the ground floor.
Our Mission is to highlight and elevate underground music & arts of all forms in a comfortable and unique space that celebrates the diversity and talent of artists from Baltimore to the World
Is There Reserved Seating?
this is a standing room only General Admission show. We do have plenty of seats and tables at the bar and in side the space.

The show is in The Pink Room, which is on our second floor ( stair access only). Please email us at thecrownbaltimore @ gmail.com for further inquiries.
Parking?
The Crown does not have a public parking lot, however there is plenty of street parking nearby. Street parking is FREE after 6PM . There are several attended parking garages in the neighborhood.
