As the sun sets over Puerto Vallarta, guests will enjoy a refined three-course menu crafted by Chef Andrea Alfano, paired with a curated selection of fine Mexican wines.
This elegant journey blends culinary artistry, ocean views, and meaningful purpose.

All proceeds support Deep Blue Conservancy’s Whale Research 2026, including the completion of a comprehensive catalog of Singer Humpback Whales of Banderas Bay, based on fluke identification data gathered since 1994.
