This LIVE play is an annual tradition featuring an ensemble of local talent that brings a few dozen characters to the stage telling the story of idealistic George Bailey as he considers ending his life one fateful Christmas Eve. You've seen the classic film year after year, but you've never seen it like this. Travel back in time and witness the magic of 1940's radio, including live sound effects by Foley artists. The entire family will enjoy this show and you may find yourself wanting to include it in your own Holiday traditions. Doors for all shows open thirty minutes prior to showtime. This private performance features a condensed version of the show without an intermission. Special attention is given to sounds, lights, and seating to provide a safe setting for individuals of all ages on the Autism Spectrum or those with challenges that might prevent them from enjoying typical theater experiences. We have additional seating options as well as a calming area should you need it. Need to leave early? That’s okay! Got here late? Totally fine! We want to create a safe judgment free environment so that you and your family can enjoy theater and celebrate the holiday together! Best of all, this show is free. All we ask is that you register and fill out the short form. Donations are appreciated and can be made on our website or at the show. If you would like more info email [email protected] or call 434-549-5445.
