A sound bath is an immersive meditative musical experience. Everything is made of atoms and everything has a vibration. A sound bath surrounds people with beautiful relaxing sounds and assists them in reaching a state of harmony within. Pogo will facilitate an immersion of sound generated by bells, chimes, gongs, drums, singing bowls and other instruments. Our acupuncturist will select a handful of thoughtfully curated acu-points with a specific intention. This is a community healing event hosted in Boise Acupuncture Co-op's treatment room with 12 comfy recliners.Acupoints will be selected to help you get in touch with your inner mother (and the great Mother Earth within all of us) to nourish and parent yourself.
