Join sound facilitator Jessica Mihm and acupuncturist Hilary Talbot for a one-of-a-kind sound healing and meditation experience. This journey was designed to facilitate movement into the depths of your higher Self. Step away from the everyday hustle and journey into the Inner Sanctum to cultivate the peace, space, and inspiration within you.
*The experience will include very tiny acupuncture needles in the ear, face, and feet to anchor the body and calm the mind. Anyone can opt-out of the needles altogether or say no to certain parts of the body being needled.
A bolster and blanket will be provided so that you can rest comfortably.

Bio: Hillary Talbott Roland is the founder of Art of Acupuncture and has been specializing in the treatment of infertility and women’s health for 14 years. She is passionate about the intersection of consciousness and healing and uses her other certifications as a brain based coach and meditation instructor under davidji to provide a true mind, body, and spiritual approach to wellness.
