You are invited for an evening of relaxation. Combining Acupuncture and Sound allows a peaceful and healing experiance. Space is limited ~ Please claim it before showing up. DM me to save your spot!
We will begin in Savasana (laying down) on our personal Yoga mats with bolsters and blankets (Bring your own if you like!):
You will receive distal Acupuncture points (below elbow & knee, option for abdomen) or five each in your ears.
During, there will be a Sound Journey with Rose Quartz and Black Tourmaline Crystal Bowls. I will also sing when and how I feel called. Michael may bring his guitar!
Sound alone is proven to shift our state. Combined with Acupuncture, this is a potent chance to integrate the full moon happening prior.
Mira is a Registered Acupuncturist. Private sessions available at West Coast Esthetics.
