Welcome to Acupuncture & Sound Healing RELEASE event! Join us at Awaken Yourself Crystal Shop & Shamanic Healing for a rejuvenating experience like no other. This in-person event combines the ancient practices of acupuncture and sound healing to help you release tension, stress, and negative energy.

Acupuncture treatments stimulate your body's natural healing abilities to provide relief from a wide range of everyday concerns from pain and digestive issues, to anxiety, insomnia and stress.
Acupuncture is based on the idea that the body has pathways, called meridians which carry a life force or energy known as qi. When qi is blocked or out of balance, it can lead to dis-ease. Acupuncture is intended to restore the flow of qi through the meridians so that the body has the ability to restore and heal itself.
Several needles have been placed by practictioner, Landree Owens, during a soothing sound bath. Then we will embark on a guided shamanic journey meditation to deeply realign and recalibrate our spirit with our nervous system.
