✨ Acupuncture & Sound Bath Journey
This experience combines two powerful tools for relaxation and healing. While gentle acupuncture points are used to calm your nervous system and bring balance to the body, you’ll also be guided into deep rest and relaxation through the vibrations of the crystal bowls!

Mental: The sound bath slows racing thoughts and invites calm
Emotional: Together, they create balance, making it easier to process stress and let go
Holistic: The session helps align your internal rhythm with the natural rhythm of sound, leaving you more rested, clear, and at ease
What to expect
You will relax comfortably as Nile takes your pulse and places 2 calming acupuncture points (often hands or feet) on your body. Then, live sound will carry you into deeper relaxation. Together, acupuncture and sound create space for your body to reset and your mind to let go.
After the acupuncture, we will have some time to breathe together and share our experience if we want, or write in our journal.

Nile is an acupuncturist and herbalist who specializes in resolving pain and trauma through Acupuncture, Craniosacral Therapy, & Family Constellations. She is also a Biodynamic farmer and hosts retreats to help people connect with the earth and cycles of nature to heal, thrive, and realign.
