Ever wondered how sound and acupressure can work together to help the body heal? 🎶✨ When we stimulate certain acupressure points, we open energy pathways that support the flow of Qi (life force). Pair that with sound vibrations, and the body gets an extra boost in releasing tension, calming the nervous system, and inviting deep rest.
That’s exactly what we’ll explore in this hands-on workshop!

Dr. Alex Chen will guide us through key points for stress relief and balance, and then I’ll close the evening with a deeply relaxing sound bath to anchor it all in.

What to Bring: A Yoga Mat and Blanket to lay comfortably on the floor. You can also bring any props like a pillow, eyemask, bolster or anything else to make your time laying on the floor comfortably (just make sure not to bring anything that may disturb your neighbors)
