Acupressure & Sound Healing WorkshopEver wondered how sound and acupressure can work together to help the body heal? 🎶✨ When we stimulate certain acupressure points, we open energy pathways that support the flow of Qi (life force). What to Bring: A Yoga Mat and Blanket to lay comfortably on the floor. You can also bring any props like a pillow, eyemask, bolster or anything else to make your time laying on the floor comfortably (just make sure not to bring anything that may disturb your neighbors)
