Kelsey and Jessica have come together to create a unique experience using complementary practices for deep healing on all levels. Each session is tailored to the seasons and natural cycles of Yin and Yang energy within the human body. In order to balance these energies, Jessica will place acupuncture needles (or ear seeds for those who prefer), into various acupoints on each participant's wrists, ankles, and ears. Kelsey will then play crystal singing bowls focusing on various frequencies that amplify the intention for each session. Each frequency corresponds to the various energy centers in the body and have unique physiological effects. Combining these two modalities boost the effects of each. The needles placed in the acupoints open the channels of the body as well as pick up the vibrational frequencies of the singing bowls, therefore “tuning” the meridians and balancing the body in a deeper way. Each session includes a brief introduction to acupuncture and its effects and a guided meditation to help participants ease into comfort and receive healing. Bring water and your own blanket. Facilitators will have waivers for each participant to sign at arrival.
