Join us for a relaxing event. Sometimes you need to replenish your spiritual reserves or elevate and balance your being. You will be lead through a relaxing guided Yoga Nidra Meditation while Dr. Lehmann will apply needles to acupuncture points aligned to your body's natural healing abilities. During the acupuncture treatment you will enjoy being bathed in sounds. Discover the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, and chimes used to activate your parasympathetic nervous system. Allow yourself to enter a dreamlike state where your body, mind, and soul return to a natural state of healing and alignment. At the end of this experience, you can expect to enjoy a sense of deep rest and relaxation. You will be sitting in recliner chairs or anti-gravity chairs. Wear loose fitting comfortable clothing, blanket to cover yourself, bolster or pillow to prop your head/knees, and a water bottle. We look forward to seeing you there.
