You will be lead through a relaxing guided Yoga Nidra Meditation while Dr. Lehmann will apply needles to acupuncture points aligned to your body's natural healing abilities. During the acupuncture treatment you will enjoy being bathed in sounds. Discover the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, and chimes used to activate your parasympathetic nervous system. Allow yourself to enter a dreamlike state where your body, mind, and soul return to a natural state of healing and alignment. At the end of this experience, you can expect to enjoy a sense of deep rest and relaxation.
Wear loose fitting comfortable clothing, bring a mat or something to lie on, blanket to cover yourself, bolster or pillow to prop your
