In this workshop, you will be guided into a deeper state of wellness and relaxation as you explore the art of slowing down and connecting with the subtle energies within the body.Through a series of gentle long-held Yin Yoga poses you will release tension and foster mindfulness, creating space for peace and balance. The addition of acupressure will amplify the benefits of each posture, promoting profound relaxation and the free flow of energy throughout your body.
Under the gentle guidance of Pamela Grosam, creator of Acu Meridi-Yin Yoga, you’ll learn how to apply acupressure to key meridian points, enhancing your practice both on and off the mat. You’ll have the opportunity to practice self-acupressure during the poses, as well as receive personalized acupressure adjustments from Pamela to further deepen your experience.
Whether you’re new to yin yoga or acupressure, all are welcome to this nurturing class. You'll leave feeling rejuvenated, balanced, and more connected to your body’s natural flow.
