
About this Event
Get ready for a 45 minute full-body workout that starts strong and ends in flow. This class kicks off with high-energy bodyweight HIIT and strength training to get your heart rate up, boost endurance, and build power. Then, we transition into a dynamic Pilates-inspired flow designed to lengthen, strengthen, and restore. Expect a perfect balance of sweat and stretch- no equipment needed, just your body and your breath.
