Do you enjoy meeting new people, but don't like small talk? You'll enjoy this. An evening of thinking and talking with other actual humans. Enjoyable, informal and thought-provoking conversations to explore big ideas and pursue trains of thought. This session uses the philosophy for communities method for a flexible but structured discussion and dialogue that's accessible for all.
No pre-reading, expert knowledge or previous experience required.

Info: Pop-up Pub Philosophy - meet with other actual humans for an evening of discussion about the big ideas that make a difference every day. How do you know you can trust someone? What does it mean to be free? Is this art? Arrive any time from 7.15pm, grab a drink at the bar (downstairs) and then make your way upstairs and grab a seat. We'll start at 7.30pm with some introductions and then crack on with the main topic. There'll be a break half way through and we'll finish around 9.30pm. The bar's open until 11 though if you find you want to pursue the discussion.
