Scale Modelling isn’t just about constructing a model, their are many benefits to having a hobby like scale modelling such as but not limited to:
· Improve cognitive abilities, problem solving, sense of purpose, stress relief, exploring new ideas, thinking outside the box, improve sleep, confidence boost, showing passion, improved mental health and creativity.
