Actor, Producer, Director, Author - Eriq La Salle. Featured at 2025 National Black Book Festival

This is a FREE event. Actor/Director/Producer/Author Eriq La Salle is best known to worldwide television audiences for his award-winning portrayal of the commanding Dr. Peter Benton on the NBC critically acclaimed and history-making medical drama ER.
His credits also include the films Coming to America, One Hour Photo, and Logan; as well as other TV series Law & Order, Law and Order Organized Crime, and his latest, On Call.
As a writer, La Salle is the author of several critically acclaimed thrillers published in 2022 and 2023—Laws of Depravity, Laws of Wrath, and Laws of Annihilation. The fourth installment in the series, Laws of Solomon, will be released in April 2026.
His NBBF featured author session will include a conversational interview with NBBF literary correspondent, Dr. Rhonda Lawson, audience Q&A, and book signing. His books will be available for sale on Friday (Oct. 24) and Saturday (Oct. 25).
