Join ActiveSGV's Excellent Adventure to San Dimas!
THIS EVENT IS A MULTIMODAL EVENT: BIKE & TRAIN RIDE . The ride will start at the San Dimas A- Line Station (105 W Commercial St, San Dimas, CA 91773), from there we will ride to the Pacific Railroad Society, stop at San Dimas High School and ride through bodacious Bonelli Park. The ride will end at the La Verne A-Line Station, where people can ride the train back to San Dimas, or folks can ride with us back to San Dimas.
This is a one-way bike ride with a return trip via the Metro A-Line. Please bring a TAP card (or money for fare) for this ride.
You will need to BRING YOUR OWN BIKE for this ride! We will not provide bikes for this ride.
Pre-registration is required for all participants. If you are attending with other family members, each person must be registered separately to attend.

Timeline:
- 9:00 AM - Meet at
- 9:30 AM - Roll
- 10:00 AM - Pacific Railroad Museum
- 11:30 AM- Boneili Park
- 12:20 PM - La Verne A-Line Station
Start/End: San Dimas A-Line Station (105 W Commercial St, San Dimas, CA 91773)
Route: Approx. 10 miles long with 500 ft of elevetation gain - mostly on bike paths but some street riding as well
Experience Level: Intermediate/ Advance - moderate climbs will encountered
Getting There: Metro, Foothill Transit
Parking: Plenty of on-street parking is aviable but be mindful of parking restrictions
What to Bring:
- A TAP CARD!!!
- A helmet is required if under 18
- A functional bicycle or wheeled device (highly recommended with gears)
- Additional cash/credit to purchase food
- Water Bottle filled with water!
- Bikes with training wheels are not permitted, but children are welcome to attend if pulled in a trailer or on-bike child seat.
