Back by popular demand, MTC’s Education Committee is please to present Active Shooter / Employee Protection Strategy training with iVeritasNow, LLC. This training has been successfully developed, implemented, and taught to protect yourself, your guests, your employees, and anyone who finds themselves in an active shooter event. The course is taught from the situational awareness perspective to avoid potentially dangerous events when possible, to develop the mindset to maintain your ability to think critically under stress, and the ability to act in a manner to protect yourself and those around you. iVeritasNow, LLC has successfully taught this course to retail and restaurant companies who are interested in educating their employees to protect their customers and co-workers.Following the training session, please join us in the museum with our partners at Visit Hagerstown & Washington County CVB.
Cost of training session is $45 for Members and $65 for non-members. Student rate is $30. The Industry Meet Up is free to attend but registration is required.
