About this Event
The School of Physical Sciences Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Committee together with the Guild of Students are delighted to offer an Active Bystander training course to the SoPS Research Associate staff members. This course will help you gain the knowledge and confidence to intervene in and diffuse harmful situation, such as instances of bullying or inappropriate behaviour. The current course is scheduled for 30 attendees, so please ensure you sign up as soon as possible. However, more courses are being planned, depending on the demand.
The course will be delivered in person from 11:00 to 13:00 on Wednesday, 10/07/2024 in the Guild of Students building. The exact room will be confirmed before the event in a separate e-mail.
